All Child Sports has the benefit of over 13 years’ experience in providing schools with high quality sports provision. We understand it is essential to produce structured and differentiated sessions to maximise learning potential for every child in class by allowing them to work at the right level for their individual ability. We also understand the importance of producing sessions which allow children to learn and not just be coached. This is essential for their development and understanding of each sport in the primary school P.E curriculum. Educating the pupils, allows for independent thinking, develops confidence in their own ability, and allows them to transfer skills learnt during team play into other tasks.
All Child Sports will be able to assist schools when assessing
pupils working levels, focus on areas of improvement and work with the school
to ensure continuity throughout each year group. We also understand the
importance of working with each school in relation to behaviour management, and
each individual school ethos. Understanding the importance of working within a
school ethos will help to maintain the consistency schools require from outside
providers, giving them the confidence and assurance that behaviour levels are
of the standard the school expects during every lesson.
All Child Sports are happy to come into your school offering a FREE trial session to show what we are about if your school are looking to either bring in a provider or change an existing one!
Our Continued Professional Development sessions utilise the years of experience gained over many, many coaching hours. All Child Sports will be able to assist your staff in becoming more confident to deliver organised and structed sessions to fit around an already busy schedule. These sessions will focus on ways to differentiate sessions more effectively while building an understanding of structuring and planning sessions over a term. The programme can range in length and material to suit your schools’ requirements and will aim to focus on specific areas following an initial verbal and visual assessment.
A typical programme outline will include the following:
· Initial meeting with staff member to discuss P.E experience/ confidence levels in taking P.E
· An assessed session to allow All Child Sports an understanding of current lesson standards.
· Follow up feedback
· Sessions run by All Child Sports over desired time period focusing on areas of improvement/ desired requirements.
·
Staff
member will take the closing lesson with a secondary assessment. e.g Feedback/Discussion
